 The Safari Club International- Las Vegas Chapter couldn’t have asked for a better day to host Nevada’s first-time exclusive Safari Hunting Event – The African Dangerous Game Symposium this past Saturday, May 16. 

We started the morning at the Pro Gun Club in Boulder City with temperatures in the mid-70s - perfect for the live-fire drills with the double rifles. The presence of several double rifles on the line at once creates a powerful impression. It is rare to see so many of these specific tools being used together.

After a great lunch, the energy moved to the Boulder City Elks Lodge for an incredible afternoon symposium led by the legendary Mark Sullivan and Dave Folson. Hearing these two share their decades of field experience was a rare treat that our members won’t soon forget.
