By authorizing this transaction, you agree that The Cactus King may convert this transaction into an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via ACH transaction and to debit this bank account for the amount specified. Additionally, in the event this EFT is returned unpaid, a service fee, as allowable by law, will be charged to this account via EFT or ACH. On average, an ACH payment’s funds are processed and received within 3 business days. It may take less or more time depending on the fiscal institutions involved. ACH payments must enter The Cactus King's bank account by Tuesday at 6am to arrive before the cutoff time. Payments arriving before the cutoff time will go out that same week. If an order's payment is received after Tuesday at 6am, it will likely leave our facility the following Thursday or Friday. Plants are only reserved once payment is received in full. The Cactus King reserves the right to substitute your plant(s) as availability dictates.
