We proudly offer ACH processing as our preferred payment method. ACH processing keeps costs down for you and us. A win-win! Please note: Los Willows gladly accepts all major cards. However, if you’d like to pay with a credit card we require a 3% convenience fee to cover ever-rising processing fees.

Payments and Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Payments: All Installments paid within one (1) year of the Event Date, whether made by the client or on behalf of the client, shall be deemed earned by Los Willows Venue and are non-refundable upon cancellation by the client for any reason.

b. Chargeback Waiver: The client acknowledges and agrees not to initiate or pursue any chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment through their credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor for any payments made under this agreement. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the client agrees to reimburse Los Willows Venue for any associated fees, penalties, or legal costs incurred as a result.

c. Acknowledgment: By making this payment, the payee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms, which are binding and enforceable.
